Bofram Techniek engineers custom hose reels. ZHE Maasdam was looking for a powerful hydraulic-driven double hose reel where two hoses could be rolled up simultaneously. With limited installation space, our engineers had to ensure the hose reel would still fit.

Safety of employees

The reel has a speed control function to lower the risk of accidents with rolling up the hose too fast.

Specifications

It is a hydraulic-driven, 90 degree tiltable, hose reel, which is suitable for;

• 1x ½ ”hose of 120 meters with 200bar max working pressure.
• 1x ¾ ”hose of 120 meters with 200bar max working pressure.
• It includes an angled rotary union, the drive is also equipped with hydraulic pull-force protection.
