Mud and water storage unit for Heijmans

Discover the new mud and water storage unit for Heijmans!

For Heijmans we were able to realize this smart and robust storage unit, equipped with two separate compartments: 10m3 clean water in the lower tank and 20m3 mud storage on top.

The upper tank is equipped with an access door for easy cleaning and connecting the mesh crates. Inside, supports and guides are provided to neatly store two crates with hoses, pumps and cables.

The storage unit is fully equipped with level measurement and display via a clear display and lamp tower. We also added a hydrophore pump with 25 meters of hose for external water supply or cleaning of machines, as well as a self-priming transfer pump for pumping clean water. Both pumps switch off automatically when the tank is empty and the water supply closes automatically when the tank is full.

The mud tank has its own level gauge with pointers on the side as well as a built-in Tsurumi submersible pump, which automatically shuts off when the level is too low.

Finally, an additional power point has been added to the control box so that an additional transfer pump (for water or mud) can be easily connected.
