HDD pump set:

The HDD pump set BFP3600D is used to pump bentonite to the drilling machine. The HDD pump unit is equipped with a stage V diesel engine and smart control. When the high-pressure pump only has to deliver a few liters of bentonite, the engine runs at idle speed. When demand increases, the diesel engine automatically increases its speed. In this way, the diesel engine does not run unnecessarily, which results in less noise, wear, and diesel consumption. By not revving the engine unnecessarily, you can save up to 20% fuel daily! The pump unit is built with the user in mind, so it is simple to use, ergonomic, and easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.

The pump set contains a powerful Schäfer BTC 70-80 pump that is hydraulically driven. The hydraulic motor is a high-efficiency closed system motor. The hydraulic motor is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 3600 liters per minute. By using the smart control, the diesel engine revs up and down automatically. The machine is easy to maintain and offers complete flexibility.
Optional: The pump unit is supplied with four ConFoot container legs. The legs are specially designed to lift the pump unit in a stable way so that the trailer can be driven away from underneath. The unit remains on the ConFoot container legs.
